West Bengal 1,200 data entry operators will soon be recruited under the Department of Land and Food . Men and women from all districts of the state, irrespective of age, will be able to apply for the post of Data Entry Operator in the offices of Food Departments in different districts.

845 vacancies will be filled in various offices of Land Records and Survey Department and 342 vacancies in Food Department. To this end, a proposal has been sent to Navanne from the Food Department. Webel Technology LTD. will probably be responsible for filling these vacancies.

In case of applying for the post of Data Entry Operator, the candidates must have the name of the Employment Exchange of the Labor Department, i.e. the ID of the Employment Exchange. Each of the 346 block offices of the land department will be staffed by two, 65 sub-divisions will be staffed one by one and a total of 845 people will be recruited in four of the 22 districts of the state.
