Incidentally, the division bench of Calcutta High Court Justice Subrata Talukder and Justice Supratim Bhattacharya upheld the order of the single bench in the Primary TET recruitment case yesterday.
Note that according to the notification, 16,500 posts are to be recruited on the basis of TET 2014. But according to RTI, out of total vacancies, 3929 posts are not filled.
